Model operational locations
Use a location for a building, campus, department, facility, or operational region that may need distinct alert routing. The tenant contract limits how many active locations can be configured.
Respect the tenant boundary
- A tenant-wide selection includes every selected location in that tenant only.
- No role or client can turn a tenant-wide alert into a cross-customer broadcast.
- DMTG support staff operate under the tenant’s context during a justified session.
