Build a focused module
- Give the module a clear learner-facing title and summary.
- Add only the text, video, image, document, and quiz blocks needed for the learning objective.
- Configure optional completion, scoring, attempt, timing, feedback, and accessibility rules only when the training requires them.
- Save the draft. Saving does not publish, assign, or notify anyone.
Quality-check before publishing
- Select Preview as learner to open the saved draft in a new tab.
- Check content order, video playback and checkpoints, quiz choices, required answers, and completion instructions.
- Return to the builder, correct the draft, and repeat the preview until it is ready.
- Publish the version only after another appropriate reviewer has approved regulated or legal content.
Make the published version available
- Use Assign & track for required training and reporting.
- Use the learner link for direct navigation to the published module; normal tenant sign-in and access policy still apply.
- Use catalog availability only when self-enrollment is appropriate.
- Publish changes when a new reviewed version should replace the learner-facing version. Existing evidence remains tied to its recorded version.
