Generate a tenant package

  1. Open client packaging in tenant administration.
  2. Choose the tenant and optional default location.
  3. Request a Windows build and wait for the verified workflow to publish its signed metadata.
  4. Download the package before its short-lived link expires.

Pilot and deploy

  1. Install on a managed pilot device.
  2. Confirm enrollment, startup, heartbeat, realtime connection, polling fallback, and alert visibility.
  3. Publish through the organization’s endpoint management tool only after the exercise succeeds.

Automatic updates

The Windows client checks the tenant-scoped update endpoint, validates signed package metadata, and applies eligible upgrades under its established product identity. Do not change the upgrade identity when rebranding an installed fleet.
