How support access works

A DMTG technician must choose the tenant, provide a meaningful justification, and start a time-limited session. The session appears as a distinct active destination in the technician’s site switcher until it is explicitly ended or expires.

End access promptly

  1. Finish the approved diagnostic or administrative work.
  2. Review actions and record the outcome in the support case.
  3. End the session from the tenant workspace or site switcher.
  4. Confirm the tenant no longer appears as active authorized support.

Privileged alert actions

A DMTG administrator may access tenant capabilities only through the active tenant context and assigned permissions. Organizations should require an additional approval or step-up control before support personnel send or cancel emergency alerts.
